Artist Noémie L. Coté and puzzle designer Jasen Robillard chatted for several months before selecting Autumn's Glory as their first collaboration. A week before meeting in person in April 2024 at Artist Project in Toronto, Noémie was awarded the inaugural Artistic Expression Award by the Society of Canadian Artists (SCA). The SCA explained their selection as follows with respect to 'Autumn's Glory':
“Artistic expression is the soul of the piece, capturing the viewer’s attention and fostering a meaningful connection. This category focuses on the artist’s ability to convey emotions, ideas and concepts through their work. Jurors will assess the depth of expression, originality of interpretation, and the artist’s unique voice evident in the artwork.”

Noémie L. Coté paints open-impressionist landscapes that capture the essence of a scene, breathing new life into it, and leaves the observer uplifted. It’s as if her mind were a prism that takes in the white light that she sees, and disperses the component colours on the rolling hills or through the branches of a tree. Noémie’s love of nature was ignited by her early years living in Africa. Returning to Canada at the age of 13, she fell in love with the ever-changing seasons, the contrast of lush vibrant colours, and the stillness of snowy scenes.

Shipping to the United States
We ship via all major carriers in the U.S.A., including USPS. Estimated delivery time is 3-9 days and is subject to change by the carriers.
NOTE: we ship only to the contiguous United States, therefore we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or other offshore territories of the U.S. (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).
We do not ship to U.S. Post Office boxes or Army Post Office (APO) addresses.
The shipping charge to all valid addresses in the contiguous United States is a flat rate fee of $20.00 CAD.
Orders outside of Canada may be subject to taxes and import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not issue refunds for any packages that are returned to us from a carrier due to being undeliverable to a U.S. address. Please ensure all your shipping information is accurate.
** We are unfortunately not able to ship any of our large or oversized items to the United States. These items are marked as such in the item description.
Returns Policy
The Puzzle Nerds will accept return requests within 30 days of customer receipt of product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received in. It must be in its original packaging, including all exterior shrink wrap (if applicable), and have no visible signs of wear or use.
To notify us of your return and to receive a return authorization, please email us at hello@thepuzzlenerds.com and provide the email address used to place your order, the reason for your return, as well as your order number.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. Please make sure your Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of your package. Please note that The Puzzle Nerds does not reimburse shipping costs incurred by customers for returning items.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, all Gift Cards and items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours at hello@thepuzzlenerds.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if it is the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your package is received and we have inspected it, we will let you know if your return is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the amount of the item plus the initial shipping cost for the item to be shipped to you on your original payment method.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns to be received and processed. Remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
The Puzzle Nerds is not responsible for lost returns.
