Juan is a talented full-time professional illustrator whose passion for art began at a young age. Drawing since childhood, she cultivated her creativity through fine art studies at hobby school and, afterwards, deepened her knowledge by studying graphic design at university. Juan & Yuan clicked immediately upon their first meeting. Together, they worked in perfect harmony. This collaboration became a true reflection of their shared passion, mutual admiration and friendship - resulting in works greater than the sum of their parts.
Yuan is the visionary founder and creative soul behind Elewhite. As its art director and lead artist, her distinctive style and masterful use of colour laid the foundation for the brand. Today, she continues to shape Elewhite’s artistic direction, working closely with her team to create stunning, thoughtful work that defines who we are.

Only Canada Post delivers to Post Office Boxes.

Shipping to the United States
We ship via Canada Post/USPS. Estimated delivery time is 3-9 days and is subject to change by the carriers.
NOTE: we ship only to the contiguous United States, therefore we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or other offshore territories of the U.S. (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).
We do not ship to U.S. Post Office boxes or Army Post Office (APO) addresses.
The shipping charge to all valid addresses in the contiguous United States is a live shipping rate, which will be calculated at checkout.
Orders shipped outside of Canada will be subject to tariff, duty and import charges. These and any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be listed at checkout.
We do not issue refunds for any packages that are returned to us from a carrier due to being undeliverable to a U.S. address. Please ensure all your shipping information is accurate.
** We are unfortunately not able to ship any of our large or oversized items to the United States. These items are marked as such in the item description.
Returns Policy
The Puzzle Nerds will accept return requests within 30 days of customer receipt of product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received in. It must be in its original packaging, including all exterior shrink wrap (if applicable), and have no visible signs of wear or use.
To notify us of your return and to receive a return authorization, please email us at hello@thepuzzlenerds.com and provide the email address used to place your order, the reason for your return, as well as your order number.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. Please make sure your Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of your package. Please note that The Puzzle Nerds does not reimburse shipping costs incurred by customers for returning items.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, all Gift Cards and items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours at hello@thepuzzlenerds.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if it is the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your package is received and we have inspected it, we will let you know if your return is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the amount of the item plus the initial shipping cost for the item to be shipped to you on your original payment method.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns to be received and processed. Remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
The Puzzle Nerds is not responsible for lost returns.
