
PERMANENT PART-TIME Position Available!
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and puzzle-loving go-getter to join our small (but mighty!) team.
If you're someone who enjoys helping customers, takes initiative, loves solving problems, and can work independently, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
• Greeting and assisting customers in our retail store
• Picking, packing, and shipping online orders
• Receiving, pricing, and organizing incoming inventory
• Answering customer emails and phone inquiries
• Merchandising products and keeping the store looking great
• Opening and closing the store
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory
We're looking for someone who:
• Has previous retail or customer service experience
• Has a passion for puzzles
• Enjoys interacting with people and providing exceptional customer service
• Is confident working independently and managing priorities without supervision
• Has excellent problem-solving skills and takes initiative
• Is comfortable using computers (knowledge of Excel an asset) and learning new software
• Has experience with Shopify (an asset)
• Is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to help grow a small business
Position details:
• 20–24 hours per week
• Weekday and weekend shifts (shifts vary from 5-8 hrs)
• Please note the role includes bending, lifting up to approximately 30 lbs, using a rolling ladder, and the use of stairs throughout the shift
• Start date: late August / early September
