Permanent Part-Time Position

We are looking for a go-getter to join our small but mighty team. The ideal candidate is a puzzler and loves to share their joy of puzzling!

Experience should include a retail background, a comfort level interacting with customers, good problem-solving skills, keen initiative, and a desire to learn and help grow the business. Must be able to work independently.

The successful candidate will: greet and assist customers in the store; pick and pack online orders; receive, price, and organize shipments of incoming product; answer customer email and phone calls; merchandise product; carry out daily tasks such as opening and closing, monitoring in-store and online inventory, and performing tidying and light cleaning duties.

• This position is roughly 20-25 hrs per week.
• Mostly weekdays (11am-6pm) with the odd weekend shift.
• Starting wage $17.25/hr.
• On-site parking is available and there is a TTC bus stop out front of the store.
• Position available early to mid-September.

*Please note the role includes bending, lifting up to approximately 30 lbs, using a rolling ladder, and the use of stairs throughout the shift.
