Above and Beyond Customer Service. I used the online chat option on their website and was surprised to get prompt responses. The representative, Joanne, was very helpful and accommodating . I ordered two items. While trying to choose the quickest delivery option, Joanne was able to assist with a delivery for the next day! I did not expect this at all and was wow’d by the customer service. Communication was always prompt. Would highly recommend for puzzle purchases! Great variety.
