The Puzzle Nerds is an online store and, even though we can’t serve you face to face, we are available if you have any questions about items you see in the store or if you need help in finding a product.
Our Chatbot icon is located on the bottom right side of your screen on each web page you view. There’s always a Puzzle Nerd keeping an eye on the chat during regular business hours and you’ll most likely catch Wynand outside of those hours too! He LOVES the chatbot and moves like the Road Runner when a chat notification goes off!
Just click on the icon and a chat box will open. Type and send your message,
and one of us will respond as quickly as possible.
If we don’t happen to be available, you have the option of leaving your email address in the chatbox and we will answer your query on the next business day.
